The 57th Annual Conference of Japan Society of Social Science on Latin America (JSLA), co-sponsored by the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University, will be held online In November 14-15, 2020. The Conference will host some special sessions related to COVID-19 as well as individual presentations. There are some GSID graduates presenting. JSLA non-members can also join on condition of prior registration.

Mr. Chantum CHEA, a GSID student studying in the Transnational Doctoral Program for Leading Professionals in Asian Countries, was selected as one of the 15 "Champions of Change" who contributed to sexual and reproductive health and rights, featured in "the 2019 State of World Population Report" published by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
